White Plains, NY Primary Center

Location: 400 Hamilton Ave, White Plains, NY

This is still a major facility for AT&T. I believe it was once (and may still be) one of the highest-level switching centers in the Bell System network. There appear to be some sizable ventilation shafts extending above the roof of the building, possibly from a protected facility in the basement of the switching facility.
